A Provincial Hay & Silage Day will be held on Thursday, June 20 at the the Mb Beef & Forage Initiative (MBFI) farm. (North of Brandon 11 miles on Highway #10)
Watch infield demonstrations of new equipment from manufacturers and learn more about harvesting high quality feed, costs of production and feeding silage
The event will start off in the morning at 9:30 am with a variety of informative hay & silage topics at the MBFI Learning Centre.
Following lunch, the participants will then move to a nearby forage field for a demonstration of the latest in forage production equipment at 1:30 p.m.
The big draw will be the only self-propelled baler which will make its Canadian demo debut at the event.
